All items produced by KOCI CLothing Co. are custom and made to order. KOCI Clothing Co. has the authority to make a final decision on any or all returns. All sales are final due to our made-to-order and custom nature of items. However, if there is a fault with the item due to a mistake on our part, KOCI Clothing Co. will replace the item.

Once ordered, items are processed and made within 2 business days and shipped out within 5 business days unless rush shipping is selected.

All custom jackets, letterman jackets, and custom embroidery jobs take 5 to 7 business days to be shipped.

Yes, we offer rush shipping for an additional fee. Please select rush shipping during checkout for expedited delivery.

Due to the custom nature of our products, changes to orders cannot be made once production has started. Please review your order carefully before finalizing.

If you receive an item with a fault due to our mistake, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our shipping partner's website.
